Dissolve the contents of the sachet in 150 ml of water, mix and consume immediately after preparation. Do not exceed the recommended serving for consumption during the day. Dissolve collagen dietary supplement in water:

After adding water, the powder may stick to the walls of the vessel or not dissolve completely.
